The unleashing of the full potential within our communities is dependent on leadership. In the selection of leaders, we search for people who aspire to leadership and who demonstrate maturity, genuineness, and consistency.

Our process for initiating new outreaches includes identifying a need, determining the resources needed and available, and selecting leadership for the outreach. As a rule, outreach always follows leadership.
