New Life Christian Church was started with a vision to pepper the Washington Metropolitan area (and beyond) with healthy growing churches. New Life started in 1993 with 7 people and with God's blessing, has grown to over 1,000 people at multiple campuses. In 2001, New Life started a national ministry to help start new churches. Through Passion for Planting, New Life has helped over 100 new churches get started. In 2004, New Life started Passion for Community as a faith-based ministry to impact and transform our local communities one life at a time.

J10 church was started out of the Passion for Planting ministry of New Life Christian Church with the desire to connect people in Ashburn and Sterling area with God and others through dynamic worship services, meaningful relationships, and community outreach. J10 is also a part of the Passion for Community network to impact and transform the Ashburn and Sterling communities.
